Cheese Puff delight

 

Saw this on a another site and sure was good, this will work for any type of fish, but have only tried it on Salmon so far!

 

Qty 12, skinless salmon filets 4" x 4"
Butter
Medium bag of cheese puff's
Paprika
Garlic Powder
Sat/Pepper
Fresh Parmesan
Shallots

 

Take the cheese puffs (fluffy or soft version) and completely crumble while in the bag.

Mix paprika with crumbled cheese puffs until mix is a burnt orange color, then add 2 tablespoons garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper and combine thoroughly, then place in a zip-loc bag.

Coat salmon filet in melted butter, then coat with cheese puff mixture. Place in a baking dish, leave uncovered and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. During the last 2 -3 minutes of baking time, sprinkle fresh parmesan and shallots on top
