Drunken Salmon

 

This one comes from Great Lakes Angler member Vista Cruzer:

 

2-4 lbs of salmon filet/skin still on if you wish

4-5 shots of whiskey/bourbon

Same amount of honey as the liquor

¼ table spoon of Cayenne Pepper

½ teaspoon of lemon juice

 

Mix ingredients and pour over filets in zip-lock bag, shake well and refrigerate at least one hour, longer if you like the taste.

 

Grille till done, use different liquors for different flavors or different type of spice
