Greek Venison Loin Marinade

5 cloves garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
1 Tablespoon oregano
1 fresh lemon seeded and juiced
2 Tablespoons balsamic or red wine vineger
1 teaspoon sea salt
pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients and cuts of favorite venison loin chops several
hours before grilling
